Pedzani Tafa is the Managing Director of BBS Bank. She is an ex-officio Executive Director of the bank. Pedzani holds an MBA; BA (Env. Sci & Eng.); Dip. Financial Management; and an Ass. Diploma in Banking qualifications.
She has over 31 years of commercial banking experience, holding various senior leadership positions in some local banks. Before joining BBS Bank on 04 January 2023, she was Chief Operations Officer at Botswana Savings Bank; Cluster Head Customer Experience Process & Governance; and Head of Retail Banking at Standard Chartered Bank Botswana and Head Executive Banking at Stanbic Bank Botswana.
